About MK18 MOD1
MK18 MOD1 is a type of carbine rifle used by the United States military and special operations forces. It is a shortened version of the M4 carbine, with a barrel length of 10.3 inches and a modified receiver, handguard, and gas system. The MOD1 variant features a free-floating quad rail handguard for mounting accessories, a low-profile gas block, and a flash hider. It is designed for close-quarters combat and is often used by special operations units in a variety of missions, including direct action, special reconnaissance, and counter-terrorism operations.
