Hello our dear customers, we have just returned from our two weeks vacation. Our apologies for the further delay on the shipment. We are now working on the orders. We will ship them as soon as possible.
There are few reminders due to the current situation. The EMS shipping to the U.K. in regard to the Lockdown has been halted since Christmas. We can only ship to the UK by FedEx. According to our experience, the EMS service will not be resumed until the end of the lockdown. Luckily, the U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has revealed the plan to exit lockdown restrictions by June. Lets hope the EMS will resume as soon as possible.
The winter storm has affected the shipment in the US. Shipping services may have been temporarily suspended. Please contact your local post office for further information.
